1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right is granted under Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable national laws implementing it.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person nominated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. To calculate the withdrawal period, the day of receipt is not counted. If you receive multiple deliveries, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may do so by:

You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, or you may use any other clear statement. We will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
3. Return of the Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Goods should be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible, to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Refund
We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back or your proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@chroxxenavorbao.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, as appropriate. Please provide photos of the defect or damage where possible to expedite the process.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements where the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, unless the product is defective. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed by you after delivery.
If you have unsealed the product and wish to return it, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion. We encourage you to contact us before returning any opened product.
